Business transformation

Through our involvement in the major programmes across the UK Ministry of Defence Logica is playing a significant role in enabling business transformation.

• We are a key partner in the ATLAS consortium for Defence Information Infrastructure (Future). This is the largest single IT programme in Europe. Our market-leading capabilities in information security, applications migration and training are fundamental to the successful design and delivery of this programme
• In the Logistics area, we are a partner to Lockheed Martin on the JAMES 1 programme. We will deliver a joint service engineering and asset management system that is an integral part of the Defence Logistic Transformation Programme
• Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP) - Logica has been working with the UK Ministry of Defence on the Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP). The aim of the DMICP is to provide the Defence Medical Services (DMS) with a modern and efficient information service that is coherent across primary, secondary and dental health care boundaries, and is applicable for both peacetime and operational use.
