Logica has an end-to-end capability that encompasses business systems, information management, satellite, fixed and mobile communications to full service deliver.  

Logica exploit technologies such as Radio Frequency Identity (RFID) to support asset management in the Logistics area. We are a partner to Lockheed Martin on the JAMES 1 programme. We will deliver a joint service engineering and asset management system that is an integral part of the Defence Logistic Transformation Programme.  

Logica are world leader’s in messaging services for mobile networks and have international experience in telecommunications and wireless date services. This commercial experience has been exploited in the Skynet 5 programme, the next generation of secure military satellite communications. We are the software prime contractor supporting the system prime EADS Astrium. We are supplying all of the key functionality for the complete telecom operator’s back office which ensures successful operation of Skynet 5.  

We exploit our outsourcing and capability to deliver cost and performance efficiencies. Our managed training expertise is demonstrated by DaLearning (formerly DPMT) – the centre for acquisition training – we have run this as a managed service for over 10 years.
